I had a pleasant stay at Grand Pier Guest House, enjoying the clean, comfortable room and the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. though the noisy environment and some maintenance issues did leave room for improvement. The guest house's location was excellent, being so close to the beach and city center, which made exploring Brighton easy. I appreciated the value for money too, especially given the competitive prices. just wish the breakfast selection had been more consistent.

However, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped and could use more space, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a nice spot for a couple's getaway, especially with its prime location near the pier.
